5 week course of Therapeutic Yoga at Alston Town Hall, Front St, Alston CA9 3RF - £30 if booked in advance or paid for with cash on the first day.

Course Dates: 18th April - 23rd May.

No Class on 2nd May due to local elections.

Join Debbie for this beginners course of Therapeutic Yoga, suitable for anyone who can climb up the stairs in the Town Hall.

Therapeutic Yoga is a slow and relaxing form of yoga. We will cultivate functional movement pathways within designed to take good care of your joints and reclaim their healthy functionality, by improving your quality and freedom of movement. We will start and end the session with a guided relaxation to help you reduce anxiety and stress and get a good night’s sleep.
