Treat yourself to an indulgent day of yoga, soup and candlelit meditation at Whittle-le-Woods Village Hall, PR6 7LN.

A real winter warmer!

Join us for some heart warming, gently grounding, morning movements. As we prepare to enter the darkest days of the year, we will bring some light into our hearts with an afternoon of candlelit relaxation & meditation.

This will be a WARMING workshop, think HYGGE.

We will warm our cockles with some home made soothing soups at lunchtime. Debbie will provide the soup, but please bring your own breads or other nibbles for dipping.

Bring your favourite blankets and cushions too, because after lunch we will be enjoying a long relaxation after our candlelit meditation.

We will finish the day with a simple heartfelt song so we sail out of the hall on a high!
